VASECRIB LISTER ONBOARDING AGREEMENT
1. PARTIES AND PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT
This Lister Onboarding Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between VaseCrib ("VaseCrib," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity registering as a Lister on the VaseCrib platform ("you," "Lister"). This Agreement applies in addition to, and forms part of, the VaseCrib Terms of Service. By registering as a Lister, creating a Listing, or otherwise using Lister functionality on the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

A "Lister" is any landlord, property owner, accommodation agent, or authorised representative who creates or manages property Listings on the Platform. Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in this Agreement have the meaning given to them in the VaseCrib Terms of Service.

2. REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
2.1 To register as a Lister, you must provide your full name, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, and a current photograph of yourself. This photograph is mandatory
for all Lister accounts.

2.2 You confirm that all information provided at registration, and all information provided in connection with any Listing, is true, accurate, and current, and you agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

2.3 You may register and manage more than one Listing under a single Lister account.

3. VERIFICATION WARRANTIES AND LAWFUL AUTHORITY
3.1 By creating a Listing, you warrant and represent that you have lawful authority to let the property described in that Listing, whether as its owner, or as an authorised agent or representative acting with the owner's consent.

3.2 You warrant that, to the best of your knowledge, the property is not subject to unresolved litigation, ownership dispute, or any demolition, contravention, or enforcement notice issued by a relevant physical planning or regulatory authority.

3.3 You acknowledge that VaseCrib's administrative review of your Listing confirms only its completeness and internal consistency, and does not itself verify title, ownership, or your
authority to let the property. You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of these warranties.

4. LISTING STANDARDS
4.1 Every Listing you create must include an accurate written description of the property, current photographs, a video of the property, its precise location, and a complete list of the
amenities available.

4.2 The description, images, video, and stated price of a Listing must materially reflect the actual, current condition and offering of the property. You must not use photographs or video of a
different property, or of the property in a condition it no longer reflects.

4.3 Where the physical condition of the property changes materially after a Listing is published, whether due to damage, occupation, or renovation, you must update or remove the Listing promptly and before accepting any further Rent Payment in respect of it.

5. TRANSPARENT PRICING
5.1 You must state one complete, all-inclusive price on each Listing. This price must reflect the full amount payable by the Seeker for the stated rental period, with no undisclosed
additional charges.

5.2 Demanding or attempting to collect any additional fee from a Seeker once they have been connected to you through the Platform, whether described as an "agreement fee," "commission," "caution fee," or any other description not disclosed on the Listing, constitutes a material breach of this
Agreement. This applies whether or not the Rent Payment itself was processed through the Platform.

5.3 A confirmed and substantiated breach of Clause 5.2 is grounds for immediate suspension of your account and removal of your Listings, without prejudice to any other remedy available to VaseCrib or to the affected Seeker.

6. LISTING AVAILABILITY
6.1 Multiple Seekers may view, enquire about, or request an Inspection Service in respect of your Listing at any time.

6.2 Once a Seeker's Rent Payment on your Listing is successfully confirmed, the Listing is automatically marked unavailable and cannot be paid for by another Seeker until that transaction is completed, cancelled, or refunded.

6.3 You will be notified through the Platform when a Rent Payment has been initiated on your Listing.

7. ESCROW AND PAYMENT
7.1 You acknowledge and agree that Rent Payments made by Seekers are not paid to you directly at the time of payment. They are instead processed and held in Escrow by our designated payment partner, and released to you in accordance with the VaseCrib Escrow and Refund Policy.

7.2 You acknowledge that VaseCrib and our payment partner have the right to withhold release of a Rent Payment, or to issue a refund to the Seeker instead of releasing funds to you, where a Listing is found, following the process set out in the Escrow and Refund Policy, to have been non-existent, already occupied at the time of payment, or materially misrepresented.

7.3 To receive payment, you must provide accurate bank account details through the Platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of these details, and VaseCrib is not liable for a delayed or failed payout caused by incorrect information you provided.

8. COOPERATION WITH INSPECTION
Where VaseCrib elects to conduct an Inspection Service in respect of your Listing, whether at your request, at a Seeker's request, or independently, you agree to reasonably cooperate with scheduling and access for that inspection.

9. FLAGGING AND COMPLAINTS
Listings and Listers may be flagged by users as fake, overpriced, already occupied, or otherwise fraudulent or misleading. Flags concerning your account or Listings are handled in accordance with the VaseCrib Review Moderation and Dispute Framework, under which you will have the opportunity to respond before any adverse action is taken, save where immediate suspension is warranted under Clause 5.3.

10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold VaseCrib, its founders, and its staff harmless from any claim, loss, damage, or liability, including reasonable legal costs, arising from a fraudulent Listing, a breach of your warranties under Clause 3, a breach of Clause 5, or any dispute between you and a Seeker arising from
the property itself.

11. INDEPENDENT RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and VaseCrib. You act as an independent Lister using the Platform, and you are solely responsible for your own compliance with any tax, licensing, or regulatory obligations that apply to your letting activity.

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
VaseCrib may suspend or terminate your Lister account and remove your Listings on the grounds set out in the VaseCrib Terms of Service, or for a breach of this Agreement. Where practicable, you will be notified of the grounds for such action and may request a review.

13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising from it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ogun State.

14. ACCEPTANCE
By registering as a Lister on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.
